Morgan Sailor

I am in my senior year at the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University. I currently work as an intern covering breaking news for The Arizona Republic. I love being in the newsroom. The chaos, the noise, the experience of living in the moment and learning from it are all reasons why I chose to work in breaking news. I am passionate about knowledge, both aquiring and sharing. I feel that through knowing and understanding the world around us we are better able to live in it. I think it is this sense of something much greater than myself that inspired me to choose a career in journalism. Every day I report is a journey in and of itself and I look forward to a lifetime of these serendipitous adventures.
